1. She is German.

Before she began performing for crowds across the world, Lilly Palmer grew up in a small town close to Nuremberg, Germany, which is famous for its historical landmarks and beautiful streets.

2. She’s only 25 years old.

Discovering minimal techno when she was just 17 years old, Palmer has now been in the space for a decade. 

3. She gained traction while living in Zürich, Switzerland.

Before she was performing for thousands of people, Palmer was performing in local bars and clubs in Zürich, Switzerland. It was there she says she truly started getting into deep house music.

4. She focused on the underground scene since 2015.

While still living in Zurich, Palmer made the decision to focus on the underground. Since then, she has been entertaining audiences with her memorable sets. 

5. She now calls Amsterdam home.

Despite living in Zurich for years, Palmer has reportedly made the move to Amsterdam. As another major European city, it surely allows her to get to her sets quickly. 

6. She regularly performs internationally.

Despite calling Amsterdam home, Palmer performs outside of European countries multiple times a year. Some countries she has been on stage in include Lebanon, the UK, and India.  

7. She runs her own label.

According to her Instagram profile, Palmer runs the label and concept of Spannung Records, which appears to have her signed as an artist as well as others. 

8. She is set to make her New York Debut.

 On May 12, 2023 Palmer will make her debut in New York City. She is set to bring her sounds to Brooklyn’s Superior Ingredients Rooftop, which is located at 74 Wythe Avenue. Doors will open at 4p.m.  

9. She’s active on social media.

Especially Instagram, where she has over 1 million loyal followers on the platform. On her page, you can find photos and videos of her performing for audiences around the world. 

10. Her performances are available online.

When not updating her Instagram channel, Palmer manages to stay active on her YouTube channel as well, where she shares techno sets you can watch at home. To date, she has gained over 50,000 followers on YouTube alone.
