In a testament to his unwavering commitment to creativity, Enamour, the acclaimed LA-based producer and DJ, continues to redefine the limits of his musical artistry, exemplified by his latest feat—an official remix of the chart-topping single ‘Close’ originally composed by the emerging talents Felix Raphael and Fabian Sprungk from Berlin’s YION label.

Available now through Raphael‘s YION imprint, Enamour delivers a highly anticipated remix for Felix, who recently collaborated with Ben Böhmer on Ninja Tune, serves as a stellar culmination to an impressive year, marking another significant milestone for the thriving US talent. With its compelling blend of howling bass synths, crisp percussion, and meticulous production, the remix offers a captivating exploration of Enamour’s current artistic direction as a versatile and accomplished producer, earning notable acclaim from industry heavyweights such as Rüfüs du Sol, Oliver Koletzki, Einmusik, Dirty Doering, Hidden Empire, and Cassian, among others.

Concluding his releases for 2023, Enamour’s remix arrives as the crowning achievement in his most productive year to date, coinciding with the eve of one of his most significant UK performances. He is set to grace the stage for Parable at Electric Brixton alongside Worakls and Abstraal. Secure your tickets and find additional information by clicking here.

When Felix asked me to remix a track from his label, I dove into the catalogue and discovered ‘Close’, which stood out to me with its dark and brooding vocal. I envisioned giving it a tougher melodic techno makeover, perfect for those peak-time moments. Happy to report it’s been a highlight of every set I’ve played over the summer.
