British producer/DJ GAWP and the songwriting powerhouse The Melody Men have teamed up to deliver the electrifying tech house track ‘Sun Comes Up’, out now on Heldeep Records.

GAWP‘s association with Heldeep Records is well established, with chart-toppers like ‘Every Weekend‘, ‘Moon‘, and ‘Lost and Found‘ already under his belt. His musical reach extends beyond Heldeep with tracks on major labels such as 7Wallace, Wh0 Worx, Toolroom, and Sink or Swim. Known for his dynamic presence, GAWP has captivated audiences worldwide, headlining tours across the USA and UK and supporting Heldeep’s label boss Oliver Heldens on his 2019 US tour. On the other hand, The Melody Men have quickly risen to prominence in the music industry, lending their vocal talents to collaborations with icons like Mark Knight and Martin Ikin, further showcasing their versatility and appeal across various media platforms.

The release of ‘Sun Comes Up‘ has already stirred considerable excitement within the music community, drawing commendations from electronic music titans such as Claptone and Don Diablo. The track’s early promotion has sparked widespread radio interest, featuring prominently on broadcasts like BBC Introducing, Hexagon Radio by Don Diablo, and Heldeep Radio by Oliver Heldens, among others. This enthusiastic reception highlights the track’s potential to dominate the summer music scene, keeping it on heavy rotation and affirming GAWP and The Melody Men’s impactful collaboration on the global electronic music stage.

Speaking about the release GAWP says,

I loved making this track as we really geeked out in the studio, running the vocals in through the tubes and taking time to experiment with lots of drum machines and hardware. The final result is better than we expected! I feel like we bridged the underground and commercial appeal with the contrast from breakdown to drop and kept the original GAWP x Melody Men collaborative styles.
