Australia’s platinum talent, KLP, is back with her highly anticipated ‘Alter’ EP. Available now via Medium Rare Recordings

Known for her energetic performances and versatile skills, Sydney DJ, producer and songwriter KLP, aka Kristy Lee Peters, continues to captivate audiences worldwide. The Sydney-based Medium Rare Recordings released her ‘Alter’ EP, packed with top-notch dance tracks brimming with energy and melody. Also, with occasional nods to 90s dance classics.

The EP kicks off with the focus track ‘Come Thru’, a dancefloor essential featuring chunky piano chord melodies, plucky percussion, and a pitch-shifted vocal. Then, giving off a nostalgic 90s vibe. This track is a perfect representation of KLP’s ability to blend past and present dance music elements seamlessly.

The ‘Alter’ EP is a powerhouse of dance tracks, with previously released singles that have already garnered massive support from big names and major platforms. ‘Symphony’ brings summery high-energy with its piano-rich melody, while ‘Never Let Me Down’ pumps up the jam with its hyperspeed beats. ‘Vitamin’ offers a frantic dance anthem with huge melodic synths, securing support from Mixmag, SiriusXM, Triple J, and more.

As well as featuring recent successful singles and the new focus track, EP-exclusive track ‘I Know’ stands out with its breaksy beat and kicking drum, paired with a slower, sexy vocal and catchy lyrics like ‘Don’t sweat it, just get it’. It’s a sultry addition to the high-energy EP.
