Spain-based producer EdOne will make his debut on the UK’s well-respected imprint, Renaissance, this Friday (02.07). Have an exclusive first listen to ‘Motherboard’ below.

The four-track EP ‘Get Up’ is a solid, modern-sounding release full of surprises. The title track opens the EP with a tremendous beat, delayed percussions, and infectious vocal effects.

Crashing Da House,’ a collaboration with Abuk, takes a calmer approach yet remains a prolific track. The gliding bass blends perfectly with the synth stabs, resulting in an enjoyable listening experience.

Next comes the ‘6AM Drums Edit’ of ‘Crashing Da House,’ where the mix leans heavily on the drums, introducing crisp claps and sharp hi-hats.

Finally, ‘Motherboard’ closes the EP with a perfect twist—punchy drums and hypnotizing melodies. We can say that EdOne’s releases never disappoint; his low-end is always powerful, and his sound design is top-notch.
