This most idyllic gathering is a place to be spellbound by majestic sunsets, left in awe by the natural beauty of the jungle, and a place to have your soul soothed by dancing around a sun-kissed landscape. Costa Rica’s original and best electronic music festival is returning and supersized from January 6 to 9th, 2023. The full artist program is scheduled to be revealed next month, and this year Ocaso will host Solomun and Adriatique’s only North American performances prior to March 2023.

With brand-new nighttime parties in the jungle with vines hanging down and humid, lush green flora and fauna serving as the backdrop, this year’s festival will be the largest ever. There will be beach parties at sunset with sand between your toes and the endless ocean in front of you, as well as a newly constructed festival arena in the nearby town of Tamarindo.

Ocaso continues to excel musically this year with none other than international dance music legend Solomun headlining and presenting his distinctively melodic sound. The labelmates Adriatique will join Diynamic label head and GTA game star Solomun, who is now in a league of his own. In September, the complete 2023 schedule will be unveiled.

A “leave no trace” incident, Ocaso. Every year, festival-goers clean up the beach at Tamarindo before and after the event, and they are always seeking methods to lessen the festival’s carbon footprint. Everyone is aware of the need to conserve water, protect animals, and reduce garbage production while visiting Costa Rica. The fact that Ocaso is a safe, inclusive space for people of all genders, sexual orientations, and races, as well as the fact that it is vital to Costa Ricans and everyone working with Ocaso. The acceptance of freedom of expression as a defining quality characterizes Ocaso. Costumes are encouraged and everyone is invited.
