Renowned producer Serge Santiago release his eight-track album 11:11 on Jack Said What, showcasing both his masterful studio prowess and the label’s attitude of accepting music from all genres.

Brighton-based Producer and DJ Serge Santiago have a wide range of skills. Santiago has consistently maintained an open-minded approach across all of his projects, including his work with Matt Edwards in the early stages of Radio Slave, his collaborations with Firas Waez under the name Waze & Odyssey, and his co-fronting of Retro/Grade with Tom Neville. Santiago is, nevertheless, establishing himself as a single producer. His debut album for Irvine Welsh and Steve Mac’s label highlights his slick abilities and studio prowess while highlighting his warm and rumbling style. Since 1999, he has co-founded the Stompa Phunk event series, and the parties showcase his broad and in-depth approach to event curation. His DJ sets from the booth are filled with upbeat basslines and tunes that make people want to dance while striking a careful balance between blissed-out and rave-up intensity.

Serge Santiago’s debut album, 11:11, acquits him superbly as a solo musician with style. It’s an album that the listener may get lost in, raising their spirits as the days grow shorter and giving them a dosage of aural vitamin C. It features club-driven soundscapes and airy atmospheres inside.

Freedom to express yourself through music is why we all started writing in the first place.
