Amaeo, the exciting new imprint created through the union of SKALA and Theologos, is pleased to announce the arrival of its first EP, titled ‘Wasabi Syndrome’.

The two featured songs, ‘Train to Utogi’ by SKALA and ‘Syndrome’ by Theologos give the EP its name. The exhilarating track ‘Train to Utogi’ features a synth line that simulates the sound of a train chugging along the tracks. On the other side, ‘Syndrome’ transports the listener on an exciting ride via the sounds of a machine that ends in Utogi, the origin of wasabi. The striking artwork, which displays a vibrant green color, reflects the fact that both songs are as spicy as the condiment itself.

Berlin-based SKALA is a well-known female melodic house producer who is no stranger to the industry. SKALA is renowned for her distinct style and electrifying performances that have brought her to stages all over the world. She has albums out on prestigious labels like Innervisions, Stil vor Talent, and Radikon.

Theologos is a rising talent in the melodic house scene who has established a reputation for his groovy and upbeat aesthetic. He has gained industry notoriety for his releases on Katermukke, and as a DJ, he has played in the US, India, and cities all around Europe.
