French producers Aalson and Polygraph have joined forces for the first time on their new single “Uncoded,” released June 26 via Labo T. The track is built around the idea of breaking conventions and exploring new creative territory through progressive electronic production.

Aalson, a veteran producer with over a decade of experience, is known for blending electronic music with cinematic influences shaped by his interest in film scoring. His work often emphasizes emotion and storytelling, a quality that carries into this collaboration.

Polygraph, meanwhile, has been emerging on the scene with a sound defined by detailed percussion work, dynamic arrangements, and immersive live performances. Earlier this year, he released his double single Fourth Wall on the same label.

On “Uncoded,” the pair combine their strengths into a steadily evolving techno-leaning cut. The track opens with a deep, rolling bassline, tight kick patterns, crisp claps, and atmospheric layers that set a dark, focused tone. As it develops, intricate rhythmic details and expanding melodic elements build tension before unfolding into a powerful, progressive drop driven by soaring synths and textured pads.

The collaboration balances Aalson’s emotional, cinematic approach with Polygraph’s precise and rhythm-driven production style, creating a track that emphasizes movement, contrast, and controlled intensity throughout.

In a shared statement, the artists described the concept behind the release simply: “Breaking the rules.”
