Born in Virginia, U.S., and now based in Berlin, Afriqua celebrates the release of his new single “FANTA SEA” via Brooklyn’s imprint Love On Cropsey. The track also features a remix by German artist Butch.
“FANTA SEA” follows last month’s release of Afriqua’s single “Mating Season” and is described as “an ode to escapism with a pulse aimed squarely at late-night dancefloors.”
This month, Afriqua is set to perform in Los Angeles at Homage Brewing on August 28, followed by a set at the Echoes Festival on August 29.
Meanwhile, Butch will appear tomorrow at Mano Le Tough’s fourth season curated event, Passion Beat Else Berlin.
