ANAKLAV – Feeling Acid – (Dole & Kom Remix) [Mädcheninternat Records Berlin]

ANAKLAV releases her fifth single as a solo artist. A driving 303 acid bassline gives the track its name and unfolds hypnotic qualities. Definitely a deeper and rather dark track for the late night - whether in the club or on the highway.

ANAKLAV releases her fifth single as a solo artist. A driving 303 acid bassline gives the track its name and unfolds hypnotic qualities. Definitely a deeper and rather dark track for the late night – whether in the club or on the highway. In addition to the original, there is also a remix by Dole&Kom, Berlin DJ/producer legends. They gave the track an extra dimension and an anthemic facet of its own. After her last release “Fuck That” on the bustling British label DeeVu Records, “Feeling Acid” will be released on Mädcheninternat Records Berlin, a new Berlin label specializing in the promotion of female artists. ANAKLAV was born and raised in Brazil and lives in Berlin. Her training as a media designer for image & sound makes her an all-rounder, especially when it comes to DIY video clips and cover artworks for her releases. On her way she took on numerous musical influences: 90s house & techno, Berlin electro & UK bass, disco & punk – its all in the mix. And thats what makes ANAKLAVs work so refreshingly unpredictable and surprising. This ability to make the most of her diverse influences and bring them to life in creative ways is what undoubtedly makes her unique. “Feeling Acid” – how the track came about and the story behind it: “Even as a little girl in Brazil I grew up with the sound of ACID HOUSE from Chicago: DJ Pierre, Sleezy D, K-Hand… My older brothers were drawn there, not only to the sound but also to the club culture. This sound from the Roland TB-303 really gets under my skin, and now I finally dared to make a track like this, with great respect for my idols. The typical sound of the 303 in the track was created by wrong programming of my synth in Ableton Live. I just stuck with it and kept going. It was time to finally go down this path.
