Following the success of Remixes Pt. 1, which included Robag Wruhme and Jonathan Kaspar, André enlists the help of major hitters Donato Dozzy, Michael Mayer, and Manuel Tur to create Pantone remixes.

Donato Dozzy gets the party started with a tribal-inspired remix. The track’s heart is a bass-heavy, rolling drum, which is accompanied by elaborate percussion and bird noises that transport you to a tropical location. A strong, up-tempo bassline kicks off Michael Mayer’s remix, which is wonderfully paired with airy synths and relaxing pads. Manuel Tur’s remix completes the collection with deeper percussion that gradually build, precisely cut vocals that reverberate in and out, and minimalistic melodies.

Donato Dozzy, an Italian native, is well-known in techno circles all over the world. His releases may be found on Tresor, Spectrum Spools, and his own Spazio Disponibile, and show a wide range of sound and methods. Michael Mayer, a co-founder of Kompakt, collaborates extensively with artists on the label’s albums. It’s easy to see why Mayer is so well-known in the dance industry, with three studio albums under his credit and several remixes for Miss Kittin, Pet Shop Boys, and Depeche Mode. Manuel Tur was born and reared in the German city of Essen. He published his first EP when he was sixteen years old and has since released music on labels including Freerange and Running Back.

I am super excited about the second round of remixes for my album. It’s a mixture of three of my favourite producers and longtime heroes.
