Mario Domjan, aka Collective Machine, hails from Budapest and is one of Hungary’s most well-known electronic music producers.

His studio zeal and never-ending pursuit for the perfect sound have helped him gain access to some of the world’s most prestigious record labels. Some of his recent releases can be found on 8Bit Records, Knee Deep In Sound, Deeperfect, Elrow Music, Bedrock, and Stereo Productions, and his tunes continue to be essential in the sets of artists like Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Hot Since 82, Steve Lawler, and Maya Jane Coles.

The lead track from his upcoming album, ‘My Way,’ features Syssy. Flickering percussion arrangements, liquid-like rhythms, and hazy harmonics emerge from the wavy, shapeshifting groove. As the voyage nears its main break, Syssy’s chops evolve with strength and class, resonating with a smokey, hypnotic drawl, providing space and depth.

Mihai Popoviciu, a Romanian artist who belongs to today’s elite line of house music producers, is on remix duty. He closes up Collective Machine’s promising prelude, whetting the anticipation for what promises to be a fantastic artist album.

Epoch‘ is due to be released on 18th of February 2022 on Monday Social Music.
