Damian Lazarus, the boss of Crosstown Rebels, has received numerous requests for Made By Pete and Zoe Kypri’s mesmerizing and enchanting single ‘Horizon Red,’ which will be a mainstay of his gigs throughout 2022 and into the New Year. The remarkable creation and first label release of the year, which is greeted by jubilant cheers and joy from audiences around the world with each play, is now given a special re-work by the imprint leader as he serves up his own re-shape to open February.
Lazarus‘ re-shape grows and builds to showcase an expertly crafted take impeccably balancing energy and tension by utilizing Kypri’s luscious and entrancing vocals and building on the original’s striking piano chords by introducing snaking grooves accented by rich organic percussion and pulsing bass stabs.
