Belgian artist Dim Kelly returns to All Day I Dream with a ‘Pianologic’ EP showing off his musical knowledge.

Over the last 25 years, Belgium’s Dim Kelly wowed audiences with his eclectic and vastly knowledgeable brand of melodic EDM. Influenced by the sounds of classical, hip-hop, and club music, Dim Kelly shaped his palette and perfected his style. Labels like TRYBEof, Armada, and Reworck released his music, as well as his current label choice, All Day I Dream. ADID, formed by Lee Burridge, also happened to have released two acclaimed EPs from DK, ‘Nocturna Animal‘ and ‘Mangrove‘, previously. Now, Dim Kelly attempts to go 3 for 3 on the label with his latest release, a four-track EP titled ‘Pianologic‘.

‘Pianologic’ sees Dim Kelly continue to show off his musical range with four similarly structured, yet sonically different House tracks. Each track begins with a traditional club beat, only to venture off into other various styles following the starting point. DK ventures from more melancholic vibes on ‘The Stream’ to more of a Daft Punk style on ‘Preach The World’. Furthermore, ‘Pianologic’, the title track, tackles a bit of Jazz, while ‘Nuit D’Amour’ follows a more Lana Del Rey style. However, all tracks, in the end, still emerge as a cohesive collection of expertly crafted songs from an encyclopedic producer.

Overall, ‘Pianologic’ serves as a beautiful expansion of Dim Kelly’s expertise and truly stands on its own.
