Out now, via burgeoning underground imprint IAMHER, Elif’s new remix sees the Turkish producer team up with fellow Barcelona-based artist Gespona for the pair’s eagerly-anticipated sophomore collaboration, following the critically acclaimed release of YUKA back in October 2022.

Born and raised in the cultural hub of Istanbul, Turkish producer Elif is rapidly earning her rightful place amongst dance music’s elite. Laying claim to an abundance of internationally celebrated releases on the likes of Stil vor Talent, Anjunadeep, Kindisch and Gardens of Babylon over the past few years, the prolific Barcelona-based talent has managed to carve out her own unique sonic path since emerging onto the scene in 2019, and is rapidly making a name for herself as one of the most exciting, in-demand artists in electronic music today. Having forged a now-trademark sound of flowing, melodic floor fillers, Elif now looks to open up her New Year’s catalogue in emphatic fashion as she unveils a dynamic new remix of Husa & Zeyada’s 2021 single, ‘A Little Fun.

Road tested to rapturous reception at a host of live performances across Europe, Asia, Mexico and North America over the past few months, Elif and Gespona’s remix is the first of eleven new cuts to feature on Husa & Zeyada’s Long Way Home remix package this February.

Gespona and I were in Guadalajara, Mexico, when I received the remix request from my dear friend Adam Husa. We chose ‘Little Fun’ because I was already in love with the vocals of this track. Being one of my favourite producers and being in the same city at the same time I asked Gespona if he wanted to do this remix together. It already had a very good remix from another artist so our job was challenging, but after a few versions that I had road tested to some great crowd reactions, we finalized the remix that we’re both very happy with. It’s a very strong package with beautiful remakes of already strong tracks with Zeyada’s sexy vocals and Adam’s musical genius.
