Berlin-based electronic dance music label Embassy One has released the remix package for “Apocalypse,” the single from American pop band Cigarettes After Sex. The first remix arrived earlier this year on April 11 via MoBlack Records.

On remix duties are Los Angeles producer Anton Khabbaz, Italian collective Zamna Soundsystem with Andro, Danish trio Tripolism, and the original collaborators — Pete Tong, Max Zotti, MoBlack, and Monolink — who reimagine their track with a new indie-inspired version.

Speaking about how the project came together, Anton Khabbaz shared:

“I woke up one day to a text from Pete Tong asking if I’d like to remix his song Apocalypse, and I said I’d love to! I completely re-produced a whole different vibe around the vocal — I wanted this one to sound super drum-driven and clubby,” he added.
