Eva Elfie has released “Fairyland,” her first electronic music single, marking a new creative direction for the Los Angeles-based artist as she moves into underground electronic music. The track introduces a sound built around hypnotic techno structures, whispered vocals, and a restrained, atmospheric approach to production.

The release marks a shift for Elfie, who is now exploring sound, visual design, and movement as part of a broader artistic project. Moving beyond the digital persona that brought her international recognition, she aims to build a distinct identity through music and performance.

“What’s to come is me, raw, minimal, real,” Elfie says, offering a concise description of the direction behind the project.

Musically, “Fairyland” draws on hypnotic rhythms and intimate vocal textures, with an emphasis on physical groove and atmosphere. Its lyrics explore a world where folklore and reality overlap, imagining mythical beings hidden within the natural world. “Magic whispers through the trees,” Elfie sings, reinforcing the track’s mystical atmosphere and its connection to the natural world.

The accompanying visual concept further develops this fantasy-inspired identity, imagining Elfie as a runaway elf navigating human environments. The project brings together electronic music and surreal imagery to explore themes of identity, intimacy, and self-expression.
