The unstoppable creative energy that defines GHEIST is one of the most distinctive, influential live acts in electronic music right now. The in-form Berlin-based production trio and live group, known for their critically acclaimed releases on labels like Watergate, Diynamic, Last Night on Earth, Mobilee, Stil Vor Talent, and their very own RADAU imprint, now make their long-awaited label debut with Only on the prestigious German imprint, Embassy One.

GHEIST, who have become well-known figures in the Berlin music scene over the years, have combined their prior experiences in successful bands with countless hours spent on the notorious city’s underground dance floors to produce a live act that fuses the sound and vibe of an electronica band with the focus of an energized DJ-Set. The trio was founded in 2016 and made an enormous breakthrough on Exploited. Over the past six years, they have dominated the electronic music scene with their constantly growing repertoire and instantly recognizable sound palette. The German natives have developed a deep and lyrical sound that is both melancholy and ecstatic in equal measure. They are now recognized for their distinctive energy and outstanding live performances.

Only, which is out now, feels like the next step for GHEIST on the path they took after their album Zukunft in November 2021. The three-man group leaves their audience with high expectations for the future as they demonstrate their thrilling development from release to release. GHEIST are expected to make a lasting impression on live electronic music in the months and years to come with more interesting releases on Embassy One on the way and a hectic touring itinerary.

Only new beginnings have a certain energy and magic which come with a certain state of flow. Escaping the shadow of what was and starting a new musical chapter over and over, gives us drive and joy.
