When it comes to electronic dance music, the possibilities are endless and always evolving — and for Greta Levska, that’s no exception. The Lithuanian DJ and producer, now based in Spain, has just released a ten-track album titled IBZALIEN. Originally released last month on June 6 via the Get Physical imprint, the record is still going strong.

Greta Levska has quickly gained support from industry heavyweights like Solomun, Damian Lazarus, and Gorgon City. Her touring schedule has taken Ibiza by storm, captivating audiences at iconic venues such as Pikes (where she holds a residency), Destino, and Club Chinois alongside John Digweed and Franky Wah.

She also holds down her Amnesia Presents residency, which saw her take over the Terrace most Mondays for the past two seasons with Gorgon City and Danny Howard. Beyond that, she’s represented for Pyramid and Do Not Sleep, sharing the stage with artists like Maceo Plex, Raxon, DJ Boring, Kettama, and more.

Although her first release came back in 2022 — “Lights Off,” a collaboration with Welsh duo Trutopia — the young producer has been steadily building her touring and release schedule ever since.

The album kicks off with “Moulin Krew,” a high-energy club track packed with funky breakbeats, joyful synths, and a guitar-infused bassline. According to Greta, the single was inspired by the eclectic vibe of Pikes Ibiza:

“I wanted to make an Italo dance record that would go off at my Pikes residency.”

The second single, “Initialize,” takes an unexpected turn with a faster tempo, bouncy bassline, and organic drums.

Then there’s “San An Space Jam,” which leans into old-school breakbeats, a classic Moog bassline, and infectious vocal chops.

The album also features two standout collaborations: “Cash Lab” with London-based duo The Pressure, and “Las Perras” with U.S. duo Third Culture.

IBZALIEN is an unexpected twist from Greta. The mood shifts from light to dark, from daytime clubbing to late-night energy. It feels like a milestone release — not just an album, but a journey through her personal experiences, emotions, and sonic identity.
