Sometimes, releasing an EP feels like closing a loop. The first official release of half Hola Estrella (aka Polpette) dates back about 10 years ago, and it was actually a remix for the Idiot Idols, another duo that rode the ‘Neotrance’ wave during that period and released their EPs on multiple labels. Some time later, these guys contacted us asking if it was possible to remix one of our tracks, as it had awakened those great emotions of that time. You know how it works, right? So many details have changed that we thought to transform it to an original: and here it is Love Affairs. A work that encapsulates all our love for music, melodies and, above all, that 4/4 kick that has accompanied us over the years. To complete it all, and to open another loop, the other half of Hola Estrella, Frankie Vertigo, puts his usual class and adds his typical progressive elements in a fantastic remix.
