London-based artist Janika Tenn has released her latest single, “Going Down,” via her imprint Tenn Tonik. The track draws inspiration from her love of 90s club culture.

Tenn began producing music in 2007, having grown up surrounded by music on a small island farm. She recalls her early experiences with her grandmother playing the accordion and singing during weekend gatherings, and her connection to music through watching MTV in her free time.

“Going Down” follows her previous release, “Deeper,” a collaboration with American producer Todd Terry that came out on August 12. Tenn also performed alongside Terry at Café Mambo in Ibiza on September 30.

Currently, she divides her time between London and Estonia, maintaining residencies in both locations while focusing on new music releases. “I’m always focused on my productions and upcoming releases,” Tenn says.
