English DJ and producer John 00 Fleming has released his long-awaited album The Lost Tribe via JOOF Recordings. The 18-track project arrived on April 10 and stands as one of the most expansive releases of his career to date.

First announced in March, the album quickly built anticipation among fans, positioning itself as a deeply personal and uncompromising body of work that reflects Fleming’s long-standing role in forward-thinking electronic music.

Much of the record is driven by his solo productions, with tracks like “Guiding Spirits,” “Alone,” “Planning the Demise,” “Butter Child,” “The Beast,” “Time Is an Illusion,” “The Fire That Remains,” “Omen’s Playground,” “The Spirit of the Universe” and “Rave Revolution,” alongside “We Build It Up, They Break It Down” featuring Jason Luke.

The album also features several collaborations, bringing together names across the electronic spectrum. Among them are “Against The Algorithm” with Paul van Dyk, “Transient Symbiosis” with Astral Projection, “400 Billion Suns” with Ovnimoon, and “Evolution” with Calantha.

Released just after his 57th birthday, The Lost Tribe reflects on Fleming’s journey through music — capturing the highs, the struggles, and the moments that nearly led him to step away, as well as the reasons he kept going.

Across the album, he leans into deep, hypnotic grooves, layered atmospheres, and cinematic tension, shifting between driving rhythms and more introspective passages while maintaining a strong sense of progression throughout.

“It’s meant to be experienced from start to finish, as a journey. That’s how it was written,” Fleming said.

Alongside the release, he has also recorded a full album mix running over two hours, set to be made available via his YouTube and SoundCloud channels.
