German multi-talent Kevin de Vries shares his new single of the year ‘Pegasus’ which is available now on Tomorrowland Music.

‘Pegasus’ is a seductive, deep, and captivating melodic techno tune made up of undulating synth waves and punchy beats. Its strength resides in its graceful simplicity. Out now on Tomorrowland’s imprint as his first original of 2023, Kevin de Vries has been playing and teasing ‘Pegasus’ as a compelling invitation into the enchanting realm of the dancefloor to crowds around the globe for many months, including Tomorrowland Belgium last summer. After releasing his masterpiece Dance With Me and having a successful run of remixes in 2022 and 2021, ‘Pegasus’ solidifies de Vries as a must-see performer for 2023!

The unique energy of Kevin’s music is translated into lengthy journeys from cutting-edge sounds to 90s oldies and back again in his DJ performances. He has swiftly established himself as a DJ in high demand all around the world, routinely putting on outstanding shows for both large festivals and small clubs, and pushing his limits with back-to-back sets.

Some of the most prestigious labels in the industry have welcomed his releases and remixes, including Sven Väth‘s Cocoon, Adam Beyer‘s Drumcode, and most recently Tale Of Us‘ label Afterlife. Through several event appearances and contributions to the label, de Vries has solidified his position as a fan favorite and essential recording artist among the Afterlife faithful.

Speaking about the process behind ‘Pegasus’, Kevin says:

I made ‘Pegasus’ at the end of 2021. It has an emotional yet euphoric build up towards the break where a choir melts with the main lead. It has been my closing track for the past year and has a very close place to my heart. I’m very happy to finally release it.
