Lampé is a manufacturer of tricks when it comes to techno, minimal, and even deeper versions of electronic music. After a string of career releases on labels like Jannowitz Records, Recovery Collective, and Alula Tunes in recent years, the genre-defying German producer finally makes his long-awaited debut on POPOF’s FORM Music with the release of his stunning new EP, Change It.

The stunning two-part package, which lands on the respected French imprint for his long-anticipated debut, provides an excellent showcase of dynamic, thought-provoking techno from one of the most exciting, in-form producers in electronic music today.

Lampé kicks off the EP with the energetic title track ‘Change It‘, an intricate techno song filled with slick percussion, growling lower end, and an assortment of expertly-controlled vocal samples over the course of its beautiful five-and-a-half-minute duration. ‘In Waves‘, is a compelling conclusion that showcases his faultless producing skills and creative flair as he weaves an astounding tapestry of powerful beats and precisely layered textures to round out another exceptional EP on FORM Music and mark a worthy label debut.
