Swedish DJ LINUS BEATSKiP puts out a fresh new single ‘Phantom’ perfect for the spooky season.

Ever since the age of 13, Sweden’s LINUS BEATSKiP developed an intense passion for electronic music, specifically for Techno music. LINUS spent many years building and perfecting his signature sound before taking a break to pursue a graphic arts career. Around 2020, LINUS decided it was time to return to the EDM scene and it felt like he never left. Since then, LINUS has continued to play in various exciting clubs and rediscovered his craft, shaping it and evolving it constantly. Recently, LINUS BEATSKiP dropped his latest single, titled ‘Phantom‘, via his label imprint, BEATSKiP Records, about a day ago.

‘Phantom’, as a single, feels right at home in BEATSKiP’s discography and during this time of the year and season. The title especially fits the season given that the song has a somewhat eerie vibe to it, intentionally or not. Hard-hitting and sharply tangy beats, a staple of LINUS’s music, lay the groundwork for the track and maintain it throughout. Charging synthwork keeps the pacing of the track at a danceable level while the bass groove provides the spooky eeriness. Lastly, the vocals on the track provide a somewhat villainous tone, adding to the creepiness of the track’s haunting atmosphere.

Overall, LINUS BEATSKiP gave listeners their next must-listen track for their next rave or party. Be prepared to dance the spooks away.
