Neverdogs’ Bamboleo Records has just dropped its thirtieth release, and it’s a big one. This time, they’re shining the spotlight on Lolah, an Australian DJ and producer making waves from her base in Barcelona with the massive ‘States Of Euphoria’ EP.

Lolah makes debut EP for the label, titled ‘States Of Euphoria,’ released on 22nd March and has already turned heads with its two original tracks and remarkable remixes by Cristina Lazic from Milan and Sascha Dive from Germany. The EP is a blend of deep, groovy beats and atmospheric melodies, available for fans to download or stream.

The EP kicks off with ‘Hypnotica,’ a track that lives up to its name with entrancing drum grooves, glitchy percussion, and a deep bassline melody that pulls you in. It’s followed by the title track, ‘States Of Euphoria,’ which continues the journey with chunky drums, layered percussive rhythms, and a catchy vocal hook. Lolah’s use of synths and sub-bass melodies throughout the EP creates a captivating listening experience that’s both deep and danceable.

Lolah sees ‘States Of Euphoria’ as exploring euphoric moments on the dance floor, with strangers, and in the music. She talks about the connections made through music that transcend cultural and geographical differences, offering moments of intense, shared understanding. The EP is rounded off with Cristina Lazic and Sascha Dive’s remixes, adding their unique touches to Lolah’s originals. Lazic’s version strips back the track to its underground essentials, while Dive’s remix offers a dreamy, minimal take. ‘States Of Euphoria’ showcases Lolah’s talent and Bamboleo Records’ dedication to emerging underground artists.
