Italian electronic music producer Luca Morris celebrates the release of his new three-track EP, The Elephant, out now via Clif Jack’s label MJA The Vision.

This marks the fourth release on the imprint, following his previous releases Iconic, Ghaccio, and the single “In The Groove.”

A veteran DJ and producer with more than two decades of experience, Morris has performed at festivals and venues across Europe. His longtime residency at La Scala in Padova helped shape the artist he is today.

Back then, Luca was completely fascinated by the physical side of music-making — the big studio mixers, the machines, the samplers. He recalls spending hours experimenting with gear like the Akai sampler or classic synths such as the Roland Juno-106, which became iconic tools in techno production during those years.

Speaking about the release, Luca says, “With this EP, I wanted to explore a deeper, darker side of my sound. Not only on the title track, but across the whole release, I pushed toward a mood that’s closer to the more intense, proper techno moments of my DJ sets.”
