Australian producer Luke Million has teamed up with South Korean artist Munan for the new single “Smoke & Mirrors,” released via Million Musique. The track blends retro-disco energy with indie-pop textures, built around shimmering synths and groove-driven rhythms.
Known as “The Synth Lord,” Luke Million has spent more than 15 years crafting a signature future-retro sound inspired by vintage synthesizers and analog drum machines. The Adelaide-born producer has performed over 200 shows worldwide and appeared at festivals including Splendour in the Grass and Beyond The Valley, while also delivering remixes for Duke Dumont, Bananarama, and Client Liaison.

Munan, born Munhwan Lee, grew up in Canberra before relocating to Seoul in 2013. He has produced for K-pop acts including Super Junior and Day6 and later gained recognition as one half of pop duo Chimmi, while also composing for film and television.
“Smoke & Mirrors” began as an 80s-inspired instrumental shaped by influences such as Justice and Giorgio Moroder before evolving into a cross-continental collaboration.
“His dreamy vocals and epic guitar melodies encapsulated a feeling of mystery and a feel-good vibe that took the instrumental to a whole new level,” Luke Million said of working with Munan.
Munan described the track as a natural creative meeting point, adding that the phrase “Smoke & Mirrors” immediately matched the song’s nostalgic yet surreal energy.
