British Dj and producer, (and now based in USA) head of Re;Sound Music Michael Hooker lands on the German imprint of D-Nox (now based in brazil), featuring a remix from Columbian based Dabeat and Kamilo Sanclemente for a truly international EP.
The title track is a shuffling slab of dirtiness, trippy vocal snippets, warm sounds interspersed, and a whole lot of groove. The breakdown is an infectious and hypnotic workout, intensifying and vibing throughout, before locking you back in to its groove. Subtly cool.
the remix comes from Dabeat & Kamilo Sanclemente, who use just about everything from the original, but phatten things up, adding a gnarly vibe to proceedings, for some peak time mind melting.. and then the arp lands too, taking you in to hyperspace!
