New Old Technology – Origins (Copini Remix) [Prototype Music]

In our 65th release, we received a project in which the value of experience meets the vigor of youth to form a dark and sentimental sound poetry. New Old Technology represents the meeting of two important generations of dance music, uniting Tarter's pioneering spirit with Bervon's refreshing energy. In our 65th release, we received a project in which the value of experience meets the vigor of youth to form a dark and sentimental sound poetry. New Old Technology represents the meeting of two important generations of dance music, uniting Tarter’s pioneering spirit with Bervon’s refreshing energy. Artists apart, merged in a hybrid format to break new ground through the multifaceted techno.

In “Origins“, the duo presents an original track guided by mystery, as an invitation to the mind to explore a sonic underworld full of dense layers. Here, the effect is lost in dualities, asking the track to connect to the present moment, but also enjoy the dispersion between melodic and dramatic elements.

The EP also has two remixes of the title track signed by artists who reinforce the quality of national Techno. In Copini’s version, the track takes on a more dramatic atmosphere, which somehow becomes irresistible to the dance. The young Brazilian producer has proven to be a true prodigy among Melodic Techno artists in the country, raising the power of his sound to an international level, with the support of giants of the genre, such as the duo Tale of Us.

In the Colussi remix, the track finds a harder and more sober place, maintaining the melodic tone in a more tenuous way. The sound signature of the artist, who makes up the duo at the head of the label, is guided by the fluidity between productions from Melodic to Techno, revealing in this track his side more focused on Peak Time.
