Germany-based producer and DJ Oovation has joined forces with Montreal-based DJ and producer Jares for their new single, “The Shift,” released December 19, 2025, via Berlin imprint W. The release also features remixes by Coeus, ACNØR, and Turker.
Oovation, a French-German producer, has built an extensive discography with releases on labels such as Visceral, Timeless Moment, ICONYC, Krafted Underground, and BlackHole Recordings. Actively producing since 2011, he has earned support from major electronic artists including Armin van Buuren, Hernan Cattaneo, and Aly & Fila.
OoMontreal-based Jares continues to grow his career with this release. Last year, on December 3, House Nest premiered his original track “Pressure.” His music has reached listeners in over 200 countries, with 2025 marking a breakthrough year for the rising producer.
