American producer and DJ Cory Goldsmith is set to release his new two-track EP, Lauter, via Frequenza on June 12. Today, we are premiering the EP’s title track, “Lauter,” offering an exclusive first listen below.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Cory Goldsmith has carved out a distinctive place in the techno scene through his blend of technical precision and dancefloor-focused energy. A former senior software developer at iZotope and holder of a PhD in Chemical Physics, Goldsmith brings a meticulous approach to production while maintaining a strong focus on club functionality. Alongside his work as a producer and DJ, he serves as the lead software developer at Freqport.

“Lauter” showcases Goldsmith’s peak-time sensibilities. Built around driving rhythms, hypnotic grooves, and relentless energy, the track steadily builds momentum through tightly programmed percussion and a commanding low-end presence. Its stripped-back yet forceful arrangement keeps the focus firmly on movement, making it a natural fit for late-night sets and main-room environments.
