Italian producer and DJ Hotswing is gearing up to release his new EP Banging On via Italian imprint Lapsus Music, due next Friday, January 16. The three-track EP marks his first release of the year. We’re excited to premiere “I Can’t Stand It” — get an exclusive first listen below.

Hotswing has been actively producing and releasing music for over five years, landing tracks on respected labels such as Toolroom Records, Glasgow Underground, and, most recently, Lapsus Music.

He also runs the OFF Fire imprint, which reached its 10th release milestone in December last year. His productions have received support from artists including Nicole Moudaber, Mark Knight, Claptone, and more.

“I Can’t Stand It” is a straight-to-the-point tech-house roller, driven by a rolling bassline, shuffling hi-hats, and tight, repetitive percussion. House-infused vocal snippets sit on top, giving the track a playful edge and making it a reliable dancefloor mover—even on the coldest days.

“I Can’t Stand It” is out this Friday, January 9. Pre-order the release here, and enjoy an exclusive first listen below.
