Hong Kong–based DJ and producer Milam is set to release his new Go Far EP via French imprint Family Piknik Music this Friday, January 30. The three-track EP sees Milam continuing to refine his blend of deep, melodic, and nostalgic club sounds. Today, we are premiering one of its highlights, “Yin Yang,” offering an exclusive first listen below.

Milam made his debut on Family Piknik Music in 2025 with Radiant North, a release that also featured a remix from CIOZ and marked an important step in his international journey. His sound sits between deep and melodic influences, shaped by a nostalgic sensibility and a focus on atmosphere.

In addition to his own productions, Milam co-runs the label Nodes Rec., which he founded in 2023 alongside Leon (FR) and Mo-Shi.

“Yin Yang” draws inspiration from Hong Kong, unfolding through hypnotic arpeggios that move fluidly over a dub-leaning bassline, textured hats, and a steady kick drum. The track feels immersive and restrained, designed for late-night dance floors while maintaining a strong sense of mood.
