German artist Re.You wrap up a hectic year. A week after his remix for Habishman’s ‘Evolving’ on SCI+TEC, he’s set to conclude 2023 on a high note. Teaming up with London’s Robin M, the duo presents ‘Mamba’ as their final single for the year.

In this groundbreaking musical venture, ‘Mamba’ transcends conventional boundaries, as Re.You and Robin M ingeniously blend their distinctive Afro-beat influences, skillfully intertwining pulsating basslines and intricate rhythmic patterns. The result is a sonic masterpiece that surpasses individual contributions, creating an immersive experience that resonates far beyond the amalgamation of their respective artistic elements.

Speaking about the collaboration, Re.You says,

I first encountered Robin at Beatclub in London, and our friendship began that night. Over time, we discussed collaborating, leading to the creation of two productions. “Mamba” was crafted with the clubs in mind, reminiscent of where our paths first crossed.


Robin M went on to say that the collaborative process behind ‘Mamba’,

I have always loved Re.You’s productions. When I collaborate I also really like to connect with people, and when I met Re.You his energy was amazing, we had a lot of fun and it was an instant friendship from the beginning. We discussed doing music together and I’m very excited to share our first track “Mamba” with the world.
