After a three-year break, the beautiful Sandbox Festival returns to the idyllic El Gouna resort on Egypt’s Red Sea Riviera for its eighth edition.

Sandbox Festival is a location to watch a searing red sunset into the sea, with sand beneath your feet and warm waves crashing on your toes, to sunbathe or rest under straw parasols, and to take up the region’s culturally diversified ambience, all far away from built-up cities. It’s also a spot to enjoy a variety of summer activities like as kiteboarding, diving, and snorkeling, as well as dance to the sounds of more than 50 of the top house and techno DJs and live performers. This is all accompanied by a strong emphasis on love, community, and friendship among all those who attend, with palm palms and native architecture providing a true paradise during your undoubtedly amazing stay.

Sandbox’s mission is to promote and mix local and emerging talent with the finest of the greatest, all while assisting you in making new friends and discovering new music. This year’s event is in May to give you more opportunities to enjoy the sun, and it’s a last-minute getaway before Egypt’s North Coast season begins.

The eighth edition has the potential to be the best yet. With three official stages for the first time and more than 50 performers ready to soundtrack this party in paradise, there is no better way to start your summer than with this event. Sandbox has teamed up with ElvesApp as the official travel partner this year.
