Belfast-born producer and DJ Colin Sturgess, known by his stage name Sturge, has released his latest single, “Wanted To Fly,” out now via Portuguese label Musique de Lune. The release, which arrived last week (Sept. 3), also includes two remixes from Jim Rider and Joe Miller.

Produced at his Ibiza studio, “Wanted To Fly” follows Sturge’s move from London in 2024. His journey into electronic music began in the early 2000s when he helped friends run techno and acid raves in Belfast, later developing into full-scale event promotions in London. He started DJing in 2014 and turned to production in 2019.
