Berlin’s Rave the Planet Parade has just revealed its official anthem, “Our Future is Now.” The anthem is the work of Dr. Motte, featuring international producer Marc Van Linden. Dr. Motte’s performance will commemorate his 40-year musical journey as a techno pioneer. Rave the Planet Parade will take place on 12 July 2025.

The track was released on 12 June, exactly one month before the parade. The anthem is richly layered and balanced. Iconic synth stabs, a fast tempo, and acid-soaked 303 lines elevate the track further.

It samples The Winstons’ “Amen, Brother,” which can be heard reverberating throughout. The anthem also includes heartfelt messages of freedom and the future through Dr. Motte’s monologue.

The anthem aims to be a tune of hope, unity, love, and the unstoppable spirit of rave. Profits from the release will go directly to Rave the Planet’s non-profit mission. The mission seeks to protect, promote, and celebrate techno culture as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Rave the Planet strives to be a space for political demonstration, community, and freedom through music as a unifying force. Hundreds of thousands of rave enthusiasts are expected to attend. Rave-goers must follow the rules and help spread diversity, solidarity, and peace.
