French producer Teho has released his latest single, “Day by Day,” via PACT, the record label and project he co-founded with Joachim Pastor and Joris Delacroix. Launched in April, the imprint continues to serve as a home for the trio’s collaborative and solo work.
“Day by Day” explores the quiet strength found in moving forward through life’s challenges, focusing on resilience, patience, and the small victories that gradually shape a journey. Rather than looking for immediate answers, the track reflects the idea that meaningful change can emerge through steady movement and perseverance.

The production mirrors that gradual evolution. “Day by Day” opens with a punchy kick drum and long, progressive bassline, joined by delayed vocal effects and a distorted siren-like synth that moves across the stereo field. The arrangement steadily builds tension before reaching a breakdown filled with high-pitched chords and vocal textures.
From there, the siren synth transforms into a shimmering arpeggio, briefly leaving the arrangement stripped back before the bassline returns for the drop. The siren eventually re-enters in higher octaves, adding further intensity to the track’s emotional and uplifting progression.
With “Day by Day,” Teho balances introspective songwriting with a hypnotic club-oriented sound.
