Launched in 2019, House Nest has grown from a YouTube channel into a trusted source for DJs, fans, promoters, and creatives worldwide. Our mission is to document, celebrate, and amplify the culture of electronic music.

House Nest is not a music production service, label, distributor, or career management platform. Any educational or informational content is provided for general insight and inspiration only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use House Nest. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. House Nest Plus Subscription

House Nest Plus is a paid membership that provides access to exclusive digital media content and community features, which may include:

  • Premium articles, editorials, and interviews

  • Music industry insights and cultural analysis

  • Tutorials, tips, and educational content related to music and technology

  • Members-only Discord community access

  • YouTube-exclusive content

  • Monthly premiere slots (subject to availability and editorial approval)

Content and benefits may evolve as new material is published or updated.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€).

  • Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.

  • By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges until cancellation.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

6. Access & Availability

We aim to keep House Nest available at all times, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Content, features, or services may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account sharing or unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Community & Discord Access

House Nest Plus members may be granted access to a private Discord server.

  • Members must follow community rules and guidelines.

  • Harassment, hate speech, spam, or abusive behavior is not tolerated.

  • Violations may result in removal from the Discord community and/or termination of membership without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on House Nest — including articles, videos, interviews, graphics, branding, and editorial material — is the intellectual property of House Nest or its contributors.

Content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without permission is prohibited.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content (including music for premiere consideration, comments, or messages), you grant House Nest a non-exclusive right to display and share that content for editorial or promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your work.

11. Premiere Slots

Premiere slots are offered once per month per eligible member, subject to availability and editorial discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to House Nest or House Nest Plus if these Terms are violated, without refund.

13. Disclaimer

House Nest provides editorial, educational, and informational content only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to music production, career growth, audience reach, or income.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Nest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of House Nest constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
