Dhunga‘ is the first release from his highly anticipated EP, ‘4 ON DA FLOOR‘, set to hit the airwaves in July 2024. With a robust discography that includes collaborations with leading labels such as Virgin, Interscope, and Mad Decent, TroyBoi continues to shape his distinct musical journey. ‘Dhunga’ underscores his mastery in blending crisp house rhythms with the deep, resonant bass that fans have come to expect, all while maintaining his signature dynamic flair.

The track is a compelling showcase of what TroyBoi does best – melding genres and breaking norms. Throughout two and a half minutes, listeners are treated to a fusion of warped bass lines and hip-hop-inspired vocals courtesy of Toxic Rob, set against a backdrop of groove-inducing rhythms. With its release, TroyBoi aims to captivate his audience with a fresh slew of tracks that promise to elevate his already impressive repertoire.

As TroyBoi gears up for a packed schedule of performances in 2024, including major festivals like EDC Las Vegas and iconic venues such as Red Rocks, his new single ‘Dhunga’ is poised to become a staple in his live sets. His unique ability to energize crowds with his eclectic sound and vibrant performances ensures that this year will likely be one of the most significant in his career. Fans of TroyBoi can expect nothing short of spectacular as he continues to push the boundaries of electronic music with each beat and bass drop.

Speaking about the single TroyBoi says,

.This is the first single from my upcoming project ‘4 ON DA FLOOR’ which explores my admiration for house music, but with my twist. Toxic Rob’s cheeky charismatic vocals on ‘Dhunga’ really complement the percussion driven production. It’s a fun record intended to make people get down on the dance floor, especially when that dirty bass hits.
