UK producers and DJ duo Jamie and Charlie, known by their stage name TwoSlice, have released their four-track Back Again EP. Released via South Records, this marks the duo’s first release since 2023.

TwoSlice started as childhood friends, sharing a love of music long before they ever touched a DAW or a pair of decks. Back then, it was all about jamming — guitars, drums, bass — just playing for the love of it. That early, shared passion laid the foundation for everything they do now, whether it’s in the studio or performing live.

Back Again is a refreshing, funk-driven House EP, inspired by the sounds that first shaped their taste.

“The early 2000s Defected Ibiza era has been a huge influence for us — artists like Junior Jack and Kid Crème really shaped our love for that funky house vibe,” the duo says.

Their EP channels nostalgic energy — one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments. “That sound has stuck with us, and this EP was all about bringing it back. It’s a tribute to that era, but through our own ‘TwoSlicey’ lens,” they add.

Besides the EP, the duo promises a slew of new releases and upcoming gigs on the horizon.
