One of Europe’s leading nightclubs, VOLT, known for delivering top electronic music in an intimate, premium environment, has just announced the launch of its record label: VOLT Recordings. The debut release will come from VOLT resident, producer, and DJ Still.i, titled Dance United.

Later this summer, a second single by Still.i, titled The Underdog, will be released with a remix by the Greek artist Echonomist.

According to a press release, the label promises to focus on storytelling, innovation, and connection. They state: “This new imprint is a space for artists to express themselves, for listeners to engage with fresh ideas, and for VOLT to continue shaping the future of electronic music.”

VOLT was founded by Italian fashion entrepreneur Claudio Antonioli, who opened his first shop in Milan’s Piazza Lima in 1987 under the eponymous name Antonioli, selling emerging fashion brands from around the world, many of which were then little known in Italy. Today, the retail chain has eight stores across Milan, Turin, Lugano, and Ibiza.

Originally founded in 2016, VOLT has since earned its place as a cornerstone of the city’s cultural fabric, attracting a discerning crowd and an ever-evolving lineup of global talent, from rising underground voices to some of electronic music’s most influential artists.
