Italian DJ and producer &LEZ releases his SIZE debut that feels like it’s ready for the jungle party.
Since 2003, SIZE Records helped the EDM genre grow and innovate, seizing fresh talent and honing their craft moving ahead. Founder Steve Angello, maintained a vision for the last 20 years to cultivate a movement that resonates with EDM’s spirit. Recently, Italian DJ &LEZ inked a deal with the label, making him part of the label’s 20th anniversary celebration, respectively. Since his start in 2000, DJs and producers like Black Coffee, Mark Knight, and Pete Tong garnered him praise. Alongside his signing, &LEZ also released his latest EP, titled ‘Chest‘, containing two tracks, both accompanied by talented vocalist Bit.
‘Chest’ as an EP feels like it was made to be the music for a dance party in the jungle. Both tracks contain prominent Jungle-esque beats, a common feature in &LEZ’s music, yet feel sonically different at the same time. ‘Chest’, the title track, feels better equipped for daytime performances, while ‘Margherita‘ feels way better suited for a nighttime show. In the end, though, both tracks attest to the talent displayed by &LEZ, as both prove to be fantastically crafted.
SIZE records is tremendously lucky to have a DJ like &LEZ on their roster, with his gifted talent extended further. Many fresh talent await to be discovered by the label so they can start their journey like him.
